A nostalgic, heartwarming play about the life of a revered high school
teacher in a small town. Graduates come back to her for advice, everyone
calls on her at the hospital during an illness, but the richest parents in
town bring Miss Dove before the schoolboard on charges of undue severity.
Jennifer Jones played the title role in the movie.
